Representative Cases

Represented publicly-traded manufacturing corporation, and mitigated issues under master service agreements and purchase orders with customers and vendors for large-scale manufacturing projects.

     Results:  Arrived at dozens of favorable terms that led to successful long-term relationships with clients.

Negotiated and assisted the execution of several contracts to supply precast concrete for major tunnel projects across the United States.

     Results:  Arrived at favorable terms which significantly improved our client’s profit margins on these contracts.

Defended claims alleged by an Indian software company in defense of an aerospace manufacturer in the London Court of International Arbitration under the United Nations Commission for International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) arbitration rules.

     Results:  After hearing before a three-member panel, prevailed in all defenses and expenses, including attorneys’ fees.

Represented parties in commercial litigation in U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Washington with respect to, among other matters, an international manufacturing contract dispute, defense of insured under Directors and Officers claims, and a construction project at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation, Benton County Washington.

     Results:  Prevailed on all accounts of litigation.

Prosecuted claims of American cruise liner against international ship builder and its insurer under the American Arbitration Association Commercial Rules.

     Results:  Settled favorably to collect damages in excess of $10 million.
