You may be wondering why we chose the name Truss Faber for our law firm. This name was born from our desire to build a firm that embodies our mission of providing top-notch client service and on-point legal advice and guidance to clients in the construction and manufacturing industries.

You may be wondering why we chose the name Truss Faber for our law firm. This name was born from our desire to build a firm that embodies our mission of providing top-notch client service and on-point legal advice and guidance to clients in the construction and manufacturing industries.

We chose “Truss” as a representation of our support and unwavering dedication to our clients, much like a truss that would be used to reinforce the integrity of a structure. “Faber” is a Latin word that describes a craftsperson. Traditionally, it referred to a smith, an ancestor of today’s manufacturing and construction companies.

Both “Truss” and “Faber” serve as reminders to our clients that our firm's ultimate mission is not about us, it is about them and their industries. And that goes directly back to why we started this firm in the first place; because our clients asked us to. They had too many experiences with lawyers that were unwilling to provide firm advice, lawyers that were unfamiliar with the intricacies of the construction and manufacturing industries, and, worst of all, lawyers who would drag them into extended litigation motivated by the legal fees instead of coming to the best outcome.

At Truss Faber, we are not constrained by rigid processes, a complicated partnership structure or layers of billing attorneys. At Truss Faber, we are completely focused on providing the best legal advice and support that we can, with the ultimate goal of supporting the success of our client’s businesses.

My career has taken many rewarding twists and turns, from working at some of the nation’s largest law firms to serving as CEO as an international construction company. I can say, without a doubt, that building this firm has been the most rewarding journey of my career as it has allowed me to support clients in exactly the way they need it.
